Hello and thank you for visiting I'm Heather and my husband is Michael. We share a love for coffee.

We got curious about roasting in 2019 and decided to give it a try. We ordered 5 lbs of green beans from a local roaster and watched some YouTube videos. We did our first roasts in a cast iron frying pan on the stove and gave it as gifts for Christmas. People loved it and so did we. We then decided to buy a small roaster that roasts 2 lbs at a time and I started to sell it as porch pick up. I started to explore with coffee flavoring oils and this was a big hit!

We pride ourselves on using all organic and fair trade beans and roasting in small batches so its always fresh!

We are so excited to see where this fun thing that started as a hobby will take us.
